This is a two-part study of BIO 300 Oral Suspension in healthy male and female volunteers. The first part is a multiple ascending dose (MAD) study to test the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of the drug when given as daily doses over 14 days. This is a 2-part study. Part 1 will assess the relative bioavailability of the new 450 mg tablet test formulation compared to the 150 mg capsule reference formulation (3 x 150 mg). Part 1 dosing will be conducted in the fasted state. Part 2 will assess the effect of food (and fat content) on the pharmacokinetics of the 450 mg tablet test formulation.
